Is there a manual to use the different specials in pcm fast editor , or any other editor?

Editing is straight forward, find the table and the column you want to edit, then change the value.

If you do not know the structure of the DB you have to ask here, because it would not be possible to describe each of the thousands of columns in the DB.

If you mean something else, then please explain what you mean with "specials".
