As Britain is a large enough country, just pick Britain - thus meaning you need at least 50% of your squad to be Brits - but of course, you're free to include Irish riders in the rest of your team.

Again, both are large enough countries in their own right. Only pick 1 as your official nationality - and as with jph, you can still buy riders from the other nationality during transfers. Only 50% of your team need to be from your official nation - the other 50% can be from anywhere in the world.

Much like the other two please could you speicify which is you official nationality (USA or Canada). At least 50% of your team will have to be from that nation, with the other riders from anywhere you like (including of course Canada).

Lithuania will be your official country, so at least 50% from there. But as said in other posts, youre still fine to sign some Estonians and Latvians.

Once again, Switzerland is your official country. At least 50% from there, but you can sign riders from the other 2 in the other 50%.
