Is my laptop suitable for PCM 2010

I have a laptop with the following features:
CPU: AMD Phenom II N830 Triple-Core
Videocard: ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4250
Could anybody tell me if my laptop is suitable for playing PCM 2010?

But the problem is I'm not an expert in this. Could anybody tell me if my system requirements (above) meet this minimum requirements?
I don't want a game that looks like a slide show... |

I would have done it if you would have provided the frequency of your CPU (the speed). But I am to lazy to google your CPU.
The graphic card meets the requirements but notebook graphics are somehow weaker then normal graphics. |

That does not sound good. The minimum requirements ask for a 2.2 single core processor but even if you have 3 cores it might not be enough.
Maybe you could rent the game to test it.
But PCM2010 is quite cheap so you could just risk it. Or check e-bay to get it even cheaper. |

We are talking about minimal system requirements, so most probably the game will only run on minimal settings. |
