Were can i find the customs shirts, to choose with making your own team?

You can use shirts made for PCM08, PCM09, PCM10 and PCM11. As you can see by checking the Graphics section of this forum (for the mentioned games) and the Shirt Database, there's plenty of shirts to pick from.
