The latest patch that was supposed to fix the sprint issues, what does it actually fix?

Also, when my career is synced with this patch, some stage race stages are not accurate. The Giro for example looks like last years, and the Tour of California is not this years stages, but actually seems to be something else..

Anyone else had this problem?

I does not fix anything (as far as I know), but only screws up things. With this patch, sprinters will never pass the lead-out. So the recommended is to play with patch 1.0.4.1.

As for the career I can't answer. Before 'syncing' where the stages different?

Yeah, if your not using the Official DB, its generally adviced NOT to sync your career to the latest patch.

As for Patch 4.2. I dont think its very good
