Since last year I totally forgot how to make a mini_maillot i follow all directions in the guide but it just don't work... My file .tga is 256Kb an dit wont even read that file and i convert it to .dds and that dont seem to work either....

Sorry, I dont know anything about how to edit minishirts, so you will have to wait until the morning to have this problem solved. Sorry.
All I can say is if you remember exactly how to make the minishirts from last yearm, do it the same as that. If it doesn't work, check a minishirt that came with PCM 11 and check its properties to compare differences.

YES YES YES!!!! found my problem and you were right... i saved the file to my desktop then was testing it out with the database editor but it would not work... well i put it in the directory and renamed it appropriately and TADA!!!!!!!
