Take a look at this screenshot:

This is how my game looks.
Really piss annoying.
Anyhow, i set my graphics to lowest. Didn't help.

I have an AMD quadcore with an ATI Radeon HD 5700. Which is more than enough to run PCM11.
It's supplied with the latest drivers.

Has anyone experienced this?

Looks like stuff is missing, you should try to re-install. If that doesn't work wait for someone else to respond or email the technical support team.

It says something about you local.cdb.
Try moving your PCM11 Folder in your Documents to the desktop and then try running the game.
