Game won't download

Just bought 11' online, went into my e-mails and clicked on High-speed download (downloaded the downloader) and it opens up a new window that says 'redirection'. and nothing happens. Can anyone help?

Never mind, the downloader just decided to open after I cliked on it half an hour ago. Rolling Eyes

New problem: Downloader wont open, game should be fully downloaded by now, when I click on the downloader it doesnt open, it loads for a while then nothing happens.

Oh and just one more thing, In multiplayer, F or some strange erason I can't connect to any games, It just says : 'Connecting..."On the screen for about 10 seconds then goes straight back to the page where you selsct a game.
