Hills and mountains

As I've understood it, if a stage is classified as "Hilly", it's the hill-stat that matters the most, but if its mountanious then it's the mountain-stat. However, what about stages that are classified as "hilly", but clearly hve a mountain in them?

I'm in the Giro and there are several stages that are classified as hilly, but have far worse climbs then some of the stages which are set as "mountanious". I'm wondering because the main helpers for my leader is Sagan and Seldrayers (spelling?).

Sagan:
- HILL: 82
- MO: 72

Seldrayers:
- HILL: 77
- MO: 78

Which of these would be better for a "hilly" stage, but where there's still a hell of a mountain?

probably Seldrayers

There is a place in the db where it specifies the ratio between 0 and 1 of hilly to mountain. Anything over 0.5 would favour Seldrayers and I guess a really tough stage would be over 0.5

Ratio HILL/MOUNTAIN <0.5 Sagan >0.5 Seeldrayers. In theory also form and daily form could has influence.
