Change team in Save Game?

Is it possible to change team in a save game with an editor? If it is possible, how do you do?

Not sure if it works, but in DYN_manager is a value named fkIDteam. You can see the team IDs linked to the team's name in DYN_team. You can use Lachi's Editor for that (or any other)

I did it once, and it worked, but only after the next season started. So if you change from Omega Pharma to Saur-Sojasun on July 16th, you will only be able to use Saur next January 01st
