I'm trying to create the Pack2015 DB with races, equipment, staff, sponsors, etc. from the PCMdaily2010DB. The only things I'd like to keep in the Pack2015 DB are the teams and the cyclists and maybe expand it with a few current existing teams.

Which tables should I use from the Pack2015 and which tables from the PCMdaily2010DB?

for sure. If you wan't to add races you should try STA-Stage and STA_race.
erm for the date i don't know exactly.

Still not working, tried to figure out myself, but it didn't work out.
