adding created stage to PCM2010 by db editor

Hi All, this is my first post so be gentle with me lol.
I found some great stages created for the Halfords tour and downloaded them but cannot seem to add them to my DB. I have created a special Halfords championship on DB editor but cannot work out how to add the stages that were created to my own Halfords Championship! The main problem i'm having is locating an .xml file to go with the Halfords stages. Sorry if i'm sounding dumb but i'm feeling at the moment! Sad

Any help will be gratefully accpeted!

Wrong forum, you should have posted it in PCM 10: General or something like that.
