It's been since CyM4 since I last created a non-historical or lets say "current" db. So I wanted to do another one now, I feel motivated now.
Why do I start this project just when the Giant is started? And the Savo project etc etc. Well because it's very different from those projects. For one, this db won't have 90, 140 or even 184 teams like Savo, PCMSpain or PPDBGiant. No this will just contain the standard 51 teams and only add 4 nations, so in total 51+20+4=75 teams.
This DB is just for that group of people that say "I can't get through a season with the Giant" or the "sim as fast as you can to 2020" group and still want an ULTRA realistic database.
So, what will the DB contain:
[list]-51 teams and riders from the year 2007, still to be decided which teams exactly btw
-Calender of 2007 and new profiles of 2007 for the races, or at least the ones that are available whent he DB releases
-Ultra realistic stats, each and every single rider will be researched thoroughly, not like most db-makers who only check and change some big teams and leave the rest as it is. This will be the most important part of my database.
-Necessary 2007 graphics, like shirts, teamshirts, photo's, background etc will be in
-When the 2007 season starts there will be a 2-weekly update of the stats

And that's it plain and simple, just a db for the speedy players who want a very realistic database to play+sim with.
When will this DB be finished? Well probably the first version will be released at the start of Jacob's Creek Tour down Under
