Hi everyone!!I just would like to know if there is a method to find out young riders with an high talent in the custom team young talent screen (just to explain a little better: the one in which you pick youngsters when you create your own custom team) |

You only can do something in the editor when you are in a carreer. Maybe try modifying the .XML files in C:\Program Files\Cyanide\Pro Cycling Manager - Seizoen 2010\GamePlay\YoungRiderCarac

@sam1196 yep, i looked at that file you can modify the stats and values for every type of rider and level of talent but i haven't found any line that change the chances to find high talent... |

Just high all the values than the chances increase you find someone who you call "talented".

Every time you enter the rider selection, you can hit a "back" button. This will make the young riders reset, with other names etc. Then you have a bigger chance to find someone. Please note that your selection also will be reset. It is completely random.
At my luckiest day I got 3 future greats, 4 promising and 8 of worth watching. The rest I scouted was hopeless, so I didn't sign them.

@Christer my luckiest session ever was 5 future great which one of them was 76 mo and 73 tt at 21 years old but at the end of the season signed with Colnago even if i was promoted pro tour |

I've tried to modify the XML file that sam1196 suggested me and the only thing i could do without making the game crash was to increase the overall score for the new riders. Now even the weakest rider start with an overall of 60 while the max in now 80 for a very very strong 21.
I didn't modify the riders' potential on purpose because now they are stronger and there was no need |
