Adding free riders to teams

Hi!
I have a game in career mode, but after season four there were almost no transfers at all. This has lead to extremly small squads for most teams (my own is fine), and 100+ riders with average stats 75+ are now free. To have a more realistic game, do anyone know all the tables I need to modify to get a free rider changed to a full member of a team? I think it could work with dyn_cyclist and dyn_contract_cyclist but if there are more files that needs to be modified please let me know;-)
BTW, have anyone else experienced this?
