New pcm or buy the 2010 version?

hi
i played pcm in the summer, but then i deleted it, and since i cant get the d*wnloaded version running(keeps saying no cd stuff) i'm thinking of buying a legal copy, but...
has cyanide a release date for the 2011 version? isn't it pretty late to buy 2010 version now? i mean if cyanide releases the new version in 2 months of something its stupid to buy 2010 |

I don't think this is the place to talk about pirate copies  Anyway, the 2010 version should be pretty cheap by now. Maybe you can get it for a bargain. The 2011 version should be released by late June or something. |

Technically, it's illegal to breach the copyright protection on any given media - By owning a pirated product, that protection has been breached. So yes, it is illegal. Please understand the law you're trying to break. |

Nevermind that "i hate pirates" bullshit. If Cyanide was able to release something better then that buggy crap, there is less illegal copies,that is simple. But thanks to great work of Crue True and the community the game is now enjoyable with PCM Daily 2011DB and patch 1.0.4.1.Of course there are still some bugs, but it is definetely a better game now and you should buy it

The game is cheaper than 30 €. The official (download) shop sells it for 17 €, and I'm sure, you can find it cheaper elsewhere. |

as far as i know it's not illegal to have pirated copies, it's illegal to spread them
Edit: at least it used to be like that.. Don't really know how the laws are these days xD

Obviously, the laws are different from country to country. But in most countries, having a pirated copy is illegal.
Anyway, thread locked. Asking whether PCM10 is worth buying is a good question; pirating, however, is not something that we can support. |
