Custom team logo..

I'm going nuts.. the search feature returns with alot of stories, so I'm gonna make a thread that I'm positive has already been covered, bear with me.

I can't get my custom team to use my logo. My logo is a 32bit-tga (128x64) saved in the logo folder under the name "dan.tga". I've tried editing the savefile (jersey abbrevation to "dan", even the team has initials "DAN" ). I've tried replacing c00.tga and created a new team w/ that jersy (I think it makes sence as the jersies work that way..). I've even tried renaming to .DDS - Kinda desperate.

That said, I can edit 11astana, and it works like a charm. Also I've made a jersy for my custom team along with minishirt, which also works great (c00).

1. What exactly is showing up now?
2. What's the file size of your logo?
3. Where did you place the logo?

Would perhaps be a good idea to upload it Smile

Actually I gave up, but I'll give it another go though..

Photoshop-> Create logo-> 128x64-> save as "dan.tga" (32bit no compression)-> filesize 33kb-> into folder: "pcm/gui/team/logo" (same as all the other logos)

Create custom team-> there's no logo by default-> quit and enter fulleditor-> edit "jersey_sz_abbreyouknowwhat" from "transparent" to "dan"-> save and export savefile to PCM-documents folder-> loadgame-> still no logo.

Maybe, it actually loads, but I'm doing something wrong in photoshop that makes it all "transparrent"? That would be embarrasing..

@crz: You Must insert an Alpha Channel with a background black, but the zone of your logo image, must have a background white. Do you understand me? ...Sorry for my english, but i hope to help you.
