Progressing a small team

Playing PCM10 for the first time now, and wondering whether it has the same issue as previous versions - i.e. 3 good seasons with a small team and they expect you to win all 3 grand tours with 70K a month budget? |

I did, and didnt get those expecctations. But that might be because my team was centered around time trialists and sprinters. And i got a raise in budget aswell

With 3 (really) good season you will have a lot more than 70k a month plus the sponsor goals aren't hat important at all |

1 flaw i think is sometimes winning a national championship for a minor cycling nation can be seen as better than winning a Pro Tour race by the Sponsors. I don't think main sponsor objectives are as important as previous versions of the game |

Actually the sponsor goals have zero impact on the game 
The only important thing for the sponsor happiness is the defined percentage amount of all CQ Points after the season. The value depends on the team and is defined in the DB. Unfortunately this value isn`t changed from season to season. So it`s always ~5% for Garmin for example to have it in the middle. |

After 4 years of playing and fininshing 2nd in the Team CQ points for the last two years I am still only getting 50k a year in sponsorship money, yet the team is expected to win TdF and finish in Top 3 in Giro d'Italia,
I think looking in the Manager table I have a coefficient of 6.5%, yet I started in Continental Tour. |

What team did you start with?
maybe it`s just 0,65%, not sure if there is a multiplicator.a
Thüringer Energie Team for example has a value similar to this one. |
