Is it possible to find the stats and stat limits of the Under-23 riders using the Lachi Editor? I was hoping to narrow down my scouting to just a few regions and I do not want to waste an entire season scouting say Australia if there are no future great/promising riders that year.

Thanks for any help.

Did some searches and found that I can find my answer using dyn_young cyclist. My next question is where can I find DYN_young cyclist using the lachi editor?

You can select any table in my editor, if you do not know how, see the attached image.
