Tour of the Channel Islands Stage 3

This race may have just becone anti climatic. Only half way through and Bacardi have a 1-2 that looks untouchable, the British teams really need to try something today if they want to rescue the tour

i1184.photobucket.com/albums/z334/mb1226/tci/PCM0028.jpg

Tanguy goes in a solo break today
i1184.photobucket.com/albums/z334/mb1226/tci/PCM0030.jpg

Halfway through the race Backsted ttries something
i1184.photobucket.com/albums/z334/mb1226/tci/PCM0031.jpg

Immediately the peleton splits, 100% look like the casualties, as all of them miss out, as do Ignatiev and Pacheco
i1184.photobucket.com/albums/z334/mb1226/tci/PCM0032.jpg

It gets pulled back together by Wiggle and Me after some hard chasing
i1184.photobucket.com/albums/z334/mb1226/tci/PCM0033.jpg

27km to go and Tanguy is back
i1184.photobucket.com/albums/z334/mb1226/tci/PCM0034.jpg

as the sprint chains start lining up no one has a clear advantage
i1184.photobucket.com/albums/z334/mb1226/tci/PCM0035.jpg

however with 3km left Pendeltons look like they have but Abdallah in the box seats
i1184.photobucket.com/albums/z334/mb1226/tci/PCM0036.jpg

As the sprint starts Ulanowski is in Abdallahs wheel, while Lloyd is on the other side of the road
i1184.photobucket.com/albums/z334/mb1226/tci/PCM0037.jpg

Watch out, here comes Cavendish
i1184.photobucket.com/albums/z334/mb1226/tci/PCM0038.jpg

with 1km to go it's very tight, Abdallah, Ulanowski and Cavendish are the three with a shot, how often have a Pole, Egyptian and Manx competed for victory?
i1184.photobucket.com/albums/z334/mb1226/tci/PCM0039.jpg

Abdallah's going no where, just two in it now
i1184.photobucket.com/albums/z334/mb1226/tci/PCM0040.jpg

Cavendish wins, Ulanowski 2nd
i1184.photobucket.com/albums/z334/mb1226/tci/PCM0041.jpg

Then come Dall'Antonia, Guarnieiri and Kocjan, who is defending his jersey very well.
i1184.photobucket.com/albums/z334/mb1226/tci/PCM0042.jpg

At the back, a split! Ignatiev and Stannard both miss out. 100% Me will not be 100% happy today
i1184.photobucket.com/albums/z334/mb1226/tci/PCM0043.jpg

This means BAcardi now have 4 in the top ten, Pendeltons have 3rd and 4th, and Milka have 5th, 6th and 7th.
