I just tried out to change the team id´s, but it has no effect at the order of teams in an prolog or team time trial?

In pcm 2010 it is like in real life: The best rated teams has the numbers 1->9 and so on... Th rider with the heighest number on his back eg. 219 starts first into the prologue. Then its 209 and so on. The rider who got the Number 1 on his back starts as last...
