I'm sure someone has spotted these already, but just in case they can be found here

Not sure if anyone has copied them yet, but I could save the guys, open them in Paint.net, crop/resize them and save them as .tga files for the 2011 team photo db.

Let me know if you do, and what size they should be.
Atm they are approx 300x350 .jpg files
