I am starting a new team (team csc), with current old CSC members and other new riders. My question is where can I find the jersey for the team that I can use?
Its by doing whatever that you become whoever

Alternatively, you can download the Vintage 03 db (don't remember where I found it, sorry), then "borrow" the shirts, minimaillots etc. from CSC's folder.
