He doesnt reach the menu

Amateur Posts: 14 Joined: 26-01-2010 PCM$: 200.00	My friend has a problem, he has PCM 09 and it worked for over a year, but now it's does'nt work anymore. When you click on play he asks if you want to download an update and when you say yes he downloads it but when it's done he sais that he can't download it, pretty wierd. And when you say no It starts up and after the movies normally you go the menu but when I come there It closes and asks if you want to send a report to microsoft or not. We tried to unistall it and we tried it with a other disk, but it still doesn't work. I hope you can help us. regards, Di-rect

Grand Tour Champion Posts: 8360 Joined: 29-06-2007 PCM$: 200.00	Are you sure, that you deleted everything related to the game after uninstalling it? You should also delete the files in My documents (you could rename the folder, if you want to keep the careers)
