Hi.
I created a rider (myself) and he actually came in 3rd place when the cyclist of the year was nominated. When I look at the actually "podium" I see his name in 3rd with A. Schleck on 1st. However, on the right side, where it's just the names, his name is replaced with "Alexander Egger" and when I look at my riders profile, his "history" suddenly shows that he has been with BMC the previous season (2009) and the column that shows the years only says 2010 in all the rows.
I don't know if you understand what I mean, but please ask me if somethings isn't completely clear. I would really like to know what the fudge* this is!

It's a little bit complicated.
Your rider ID has previously been in use by a rider who's probably no longer in the DB or who's in the DB, but now with a different ID.
This ID is associated with some rider palmares (DYN_palmares_cyclist) - which is why you see the BMC link.
So what can you do? I suppose you are at the end of a season. If that's correct, you can change your rider ID in DYN_cyclist - but if you do that, you also have to change it in DYN_contract_cyclist and DYN_palmares_cyclist. Make sure that it's not already in use in neither DYN_cyclist nor DYN_palmares_cyclist (in the fkIDcyclist column). |

I've just started a new season (January 11th). I suppose I have to edit my saved game and that I need an editor for that? Also, is there a way to find an ID that isn't in use or will I have to look it up? I'm an absolute tool when it comes to editing and I try to steer clear of it whenever I can. |

Yes, you'd have to edit the DB using Lachi's Editor.
If you sort from highest to lowest, it's quite easy to find an ID that's not in use - just pick one that's higher than the highest ID.
If you want to avoid too much editing and can live with the 2009-data, you can find Egger's name in DYN_palmares_cyclist and edit it to the name of your rider, and let that be it. |

I'm not the one you would choose whenever there's computing to be done and besides I'm a bit short on time, would it be possible for me to upload my save game if someone could help me out? I'll make it worth your while... |

I hope this is the right file, atleast I think it is.
Edit: The rider in question is the rider on my team with the best avg. stats. He shouldn't be to hard to find.
