Season Planner not opening

Well, I had to reformat my computer(don't know if that's the way you write it), and all stuff was backed up. But I can't open the Season Planner anymore, I don't know if this has something to do with the reformat, but I click 2 times on it and it doesn't do anything.

I've already tried to download it again but didn't work. Anyone knows what may be happening?

What did you do to your computer exactly? If you re-installed Windows, make sure to install Microsoft .Net Framework 3.5 SP1
