If you look up ballan_visage (or aballan_visage) in PCM/CM_Textures/cycliste/skin, you will be able to see how it was done in the first place. I know that you have a bit of graphical experience, so that should get you started. |

you have to make your rider national champion. all former national champions wear these stripes. Ballan wears the world champion stripes (just like Freire Evans Armstrong and Boonen). for these stripes you have to be a former world champion.

It's not that simple. You have to add the stripes to the riders' skin. They are not automatically added. |

no? i took a quick look at my skins and there is no one with such stripes. and if i'm not mistaking there are some riders with stripes ingame.

I'm 100 % sure. Those stripes will not appear unless they're added to either the shirt or the rider skin. |

Crue is right. The only way to add the stripes is bij adding them to the arm and leg texture. Only problem is that the stripes will also appear in TT races 
I've tried to find a solution for that but nothing worked yet. You need to have a different model for both TT and road races and changes the UV map. Don't know if it's possible to have different models for that but I dont think so.
Maybe anyone does? |
