I have salary fund over £ 843,000 and i have over 2,560,000 balance. But when I try to sign a new rider I can only offer him 2,000. I even terminated a contract of one of my high earning rider, but that still doesnt help. what is the problem?
Its by doing whatever that you become whoever

With an editor, try to lower your salaries for your contracted riders (DYN_contract_cyclist).
