Yes, this is possible.
Open your save with an editor. First look up your IDteam in DYN_team. Then look up the rider in DYN_cyclist. Here you change the value in the column fkIDteam yo your own number. Now note the IDcyclist. Go to DYN_contract_cyclist and look up your rider by his ID. Here change the value of fkIDteam column again. Save your changes and you are good to go.
Note, it could be that a currently signed rider has already been signed up for races by his current team. If that's the case he will ride those races for his old team even if he's currently contracted by you. |
