If you had to choose players from 'custom team', budget not being an issue, and a team that can compete in all fronts. who would be your top 10 players?

Seeing your other thread I would like to give you this advice: If you never played this game you should start with a regular team.

When you start with a custom team, you will not be able to race the pro tour races. Also you cannot select 10 good riders in the custom team selection, except of course you don't mind filling the remaining 15 or so spots with crappy young riders.
