Age of decline

Can i modify the age of decline of a rider during a career? I'm in my second season with Euskaltel. Sanchez came 3rd in 2010 TDF and 2nd in 2011. He's now 33 and his age of decline is 34 and i really really want one last chance to beat Contador. I'm afraid that his attributes will drop considerably next season. Thank you.

Open your savegame with the Hannes Converter or Lachis editor and go into dyn_cyclist.
Then after a few scroll to the right there is gene_age_decline or something like this.
