I have the dowload version of the game, and when I was upgrading my laptop to Windows 7 from XP i forgot to take a backup for the installation files.

The problem is that when I attempt to download the game from the download link in the confirmation email it says that my download has expired.

How do I download the game again? It is wierd that you can't download the game as many times as you want when you have paid for it...

I also have problems with the support of the download version.
But you should try it here: , just give them your activation code and order number. I wanted something totally different but they sent me new links then instead of what I wanted. Wink

I have the same problem so I tried emailing support at: but it seems that emailadress isn't working anymore...
What do I do now?
