Can i sign other than basque riders? I tried to sign Joaquim Rodriguez but he rejected me three times. I don't want to sign a rider just to test this theory. |

If you are Euskatel you can sign every single rider. Of course not all of them like to.
If the AI is Euskatel they normally just sign Spains as there is no longer a Basque country since 2-3 years in PCM.
Very rarely they sign someone else, but never really happened to me. |

If you look in a editor. You can see that "nationalism" is on 5/5 (?).
That means that they sign 5 out of 5 riders from same nationality as the team, or something like that. They sign riders from other countries very rearly then.

I know, but that is a mistake...?
Because evry other team goes up in 5 i think. BTW. I don't know if that is right, but it sounds logical in my head.

The nationalism is from 1-4 and 25 if I don't remember wrong.

Correct.
25 is for making the teams sign riders from its own country. 5 is not in use. |

Still it doesn´t seem to work 100%, at least with Euskaltel - They signed Allan Davis in the second season (saw that happening twice during different careers) |
