What are the best teams to play a career with? |

My favourite is Katusha because they aren't the very best at any category, but have a rider for every single discipline.
If you like climbing I'd choose Saxo Bank, Astana or Rabobank. If you like sprinting I'd choose HTC or Lampre. I'f you like cobbles/Northern classics I'd choose again Saxo Bank or QuickStep. But if you want to be fairly good in all categories, but not the best, a team like Garmin or Katusha or maybe even Omegapharma, would be a good choice.
But imo its more fun to chose small teams and build them up.

Same with Garmin. Except of Farrar they don`t have the best in their category. Hesjedal for GT (Vandevelde) and hill. Maaskant, Vansummeren cobbles. Martin for real climber.
Plus lots of big talents: Bobridge, Meyer, Kreder, Stetina ... |

I have to agree with that. In game Cavendish always cracks on the last hills.
But you are right too, valverde. Cavendish has won MSR.

Fair enough. But just letting you know that I have won MSR ingame with Cav too, but that was on PCM08.
