Cant change view cam

Hi:

Since I installed the Expansion pack v.2, in some races, for example San Sebastian Classic or some Tour de France stages, I cant change cam view from helicopter cam to any other because then the screen turns blue, the game continues but the screen is blue, then i go back to helicopter cam and some maillots are invisibles and the game turns very slow. Finally I hve to restart and do the hole stage in helicopter mode.
I installed the patch but the problem is not solved.
Might be that in the expansion some stages are quite heavy for my graphic card? An Ati Radeon HD 2400 XT.
What can I do to solve this problem???

You should install it in this order:
Game
Patch
DB

If that does not solve your problem, go the graphic options and reduce them.

Thats how I did it.
All my graphic options are in 1, shadder 2.0, and all the rest not selected, according to my problem which one you suggest to reduce?

I also have a blue window in 1 of 30 races.
But I had it also without the PCM Daily DB.
I just go back to the main menu and load the stage again and everything works fine then.
30 stages later the same problem and solution.

This is not my case, it happens to me in the same stages and only when I change cam view, and always the same ones even if I restart the stage many times.
