Change the salary funds?

Under 23 Posts: 72 Joined: 08-07-2010 PCM$: 200.00	How can i change with Lachi's Editor the salary funds during the career??? And it's really importent that i will change the salary funds, not the budget! Thx semmellance1 attached the following image:
