I think you have to update the Starforce driver. That`s how it worked for me with Win 7.

You can try with the following PCM.exe from the Collection sport version:
https://sylvao.pagesperso-orange.fr/PC...06-EXE.zip
(Replace file games with the files downloaded)
Please just tell me if it worked or not for you.
