Downloading problems!

How long should the download take to be completed, i have been waiting for about 2 hours, should it be this slow?

Im just wondering becuase pcm 2009 only took 20 minutes :/

Start the download again.
Also use a download manager.

Ive got 4 download buttons,one at the top and then part 1,2,3, what do i do first?

Id does not matter. You can even load all four at the same time if you are using a good browser or download manager and a fast internet connection.
