hey, can someone tell me how can I play World Championships in PCM 10 or where I can download stages ?

You can`t pick this race as a single stage. Just in career mode.
But you can rename this race to another one day classic.
Then choose this one and you play the WC profile with normal teams instead of national teams.
So you must create a start list (I think there is already one here anywhere) and start the game then.
