Which team?

I'm not sure which team I schould select. Hope you could help me:
- the team must have a rider who can be top 5 in a GrandTour.
- the team should have a good sprinter. Not the best, but a good one.
- offensiv riders.
- cobblestones is not my thing.
- some riders who can help the leader in the mountains.
I don't want to make a Custom Team... Some tips?

Astana sounds quite matched for you. Contador can win a GT, and they have a decent sprinter in Allan Davis. |

Yeah, I've thought about Astana, but I think Contador is the biggest favourite to win a GT and I find it to easy... I play on hard, maybe it will be more challenging..? Liquigas also sound good.

Eusklatel is perfect for you, Samu and Anton for the GTs, Koldo is a decent sprinter and you have riders like Isasi, Txurruka, Nieve,...

Except of Farrar in all parts good but not the best. |
