Reactivation not possible?

So I just uninstalled the game for technical reasons and now I cant reinstall it.
When I click the download link in the original e mail it says there is no record of me and the service e mial address (nexway) doesnt even work anymore!
I have 9 reactivations left!
anybody else ever have this problem? |

I have a similar problem. No activations left so I can`t reinstall windows.
Nexway always tells me I have to write to Cyanide/Focus and these guys tell me I have to write to Nexway 
Then Nexway send me the mail I received after buying the game again.
With download links and my old activation key.
So either they want to misunderstand me or they just don`t know how to "fix" it.
After installing and activation it says that I have to wait 90 days before I can receive a new activation. Stupid. There must be a faster way than waiting 90 days. |

That sounds pretty stupid.
I don't know why, but they switched to Nexway this year. Previously, it was Metaboli, and with them, I always received a new key less than 24 hours after my first e-mail.
Haven't tried with Nexway yet, though. |

Indeed. Last year I had no problems at all. Even after I lost all my keys and emails. Just sent them my name and email address and had new download links and a key withing 1 week.
Now I try to get new activations for more than one month now. At the moment I play with my last activation and I always install without activate again, but after a windows installation the registry will be deleted. Then I won`t be able to play with my key. |

Yes, they do normally, but it is not very hard to send you a link. Just make sure that you don't waste any more activiations. |
