Game does not start

I have been playing PCM 2010 without any problems or crashes before (currently using patch 1.0.4.1). However, today the game does not start. I tried to delete the savegames but to no avail.

Basically when I double click pcm.exe it shows nothing, but when I go to task manager I see the app is running...

Did you try deleting the entire PCM-folder in My Docs?

No just all the savegames. Should I delete the entire folder and restart the game?
