Difficulty settings

There was once a day that I accidentally walked into a table with the precise difficulty settings of PCM. I don't know which version it was, but I think '07 of '08. The database was very precise; you could tune the settings just like you want. I remember that there was a row for every stat and a collum for every difficulty, and where they came together you could put a number down. I think that for Extreme it was mostly -2, for hard -1, normal 0 en easy +1, but I ain't sure about that.

Well, my problem is: I can't find the table back again. And maybe he's removed, but I don't know that. I've looked into every (?) table and not came any closer than STA_race_difficulty in the local, in which you could edit some settings for track, but I don't know if it works and how it works. In the normal DB de table STA_race_difficulty is empty, so that also didn't help me. I also couldn't find any .xml which could led me to something, so I'm quite desperate.

Could anybody help me? Maybe with just the answer that it isn't possible anymore...
