I've read in some topics that you can actually scout your own riders. I've checked extensively the forum but I couldn't find any info on how to do it.
So, the question is obvious - how can I scout my own riders? |

Go to the scouting zone, select your scout(s) and give them an area to scout. They will then find riders that have very low - very high potientel, the better the scout the better riders you will find in that country/area |

Further to that, once your scout has found some riders you can get him to have a closer look at them by getting him to monitor the rider. The scout will then slowly uncover the riders' stats. |

why would you want to scout your own riders? you can see the potential in the Training part.
You could do it in pst versions though |

Thanks for the answers, but the first 2 were offtopic, as I already know how to send the scouts to find new riders (as i'm playing PCM since the 2008 version)!
The question was just about the scouting of MY OWN riders. Of course I can see the potential of the riders for training on each category, but I would've liked (for the fun of it) to see the scout himself telling me things about the riders. |

The feature of scouting riders (including own riders) has been removed some years ago. |

If the feature was removed, then the topic is useless and can be closed and even removed too! |
