What Order Should I Install for a Completely New Installation?

I have just purchased PCM 2010. I've downloaded the Patch 1.0.3.1 (Update from 1.0.0.0) and both of the PCM.daily Expansion Pack files.
I've read the Expansion Pack FAQ and note that the game may crash if the files aren't installed correctly.
What order do you recommend that I install the files? For example, should I install the game and patch before the expansion packs or should I install game and first expansion pack and then the patches?

There's not an official fixes pack, but if you have downloaded another pack, do as Roturn said. |

Unofficial, yes - and obviously, you want to install them after the PCM.daily packages. |

I installed the files in the order suggested and everything went fine.
Another question, do I need all four expansion pack DBs or just the v1030 ones?

You only need to use the ones called something-something-1030.cdb. |
