How to change time gaps?

Did a search but could not find the answer, although I am sure I read it on this forum a few weeks/months ago:

What table I need to change to change the time gaps? I finished 20 seconds in front of my main rival in 3D, yet in the results we came in at the same time.

What do you want to change exactly? The time gap system for the stage (STA_stage -> gene_i_time_gap or something like that) or the overall classification (DYN_classification_race)?
