Loading crash help please

My game crashes when I click 'Load' or 'Load last saved game'. Help please!!
If i need to delete my saved files could someone tell me how to access them?

Your saves are stored under My Docs\PCM2010\Database\Solo\Name of DB\

Just move all files out of that folder, except the one with the .cdb~ ending. Rename that file by removing the ~, then try to load it.
