Small races

I would like to start a career with a small norwegian team Joker Bianchi (9 riders). My problem is that there are just poor-average riders, so I want to participate mostly a races where there are just a few teams (16 or so) with few riders (around 100 or a bit more). I remember that there were some in Italy in my last career, just I can't remember which was those races. Who knows some of them please write it (it doesn't matter which country).
I don't know that is this db releated or not, but I play with the PCMdaily db.

Most x.2 races will not have massive starting fields.

Which races every team will ride in a season is automatically generated at the start of your career - so it will differ from game to game.

But Id suggest riding mainly the .1/.2 races - as they are more likely to have fields that Joker can be more competitive in.
