Career game problems

Every time I try to start a new game in career mode, I starts to load after I choose my team, but then the whole screen turns white and a box pops up that says... Pro Cycling Manager has stopped working, windows is checking for a solution to the problem... And then another box pops up that says... Pro Cycling Manager has stopped working, A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available then PCM shuts down and I don't know how to fix the problem. It happens every time I start a new game, only in career mode though, I've tried multiple teams and the problem occurs every time. Please HELP!
