No more race fitness

After I have installed the final patch, I have lost those little marks from -5 to +5 that vary in each race. Is that the part of the patch or did I do something wrong?

your game settings are probably changed after patch, just untick variable conditions and the form should be back.

I don't see how I can do it, because in options it only allowes to deactivate/activate it in multiplayer mode, but it doesn't say anything about offline mode. Anyone?

It also goes for single player, no matter what it says.
